I’m not from Florida. I just moved here from Chicago. This is my second attempt to purchase a home. I googled inspectors near me and Mr. Luis was one of the businesses that came up. This is now my second time using him and I have to say it is extremely hard to impress me with great service. I’m in the service business and I am extremely critical when it comes to service. I needed a home inspector by today because tomorrow will be my deadline. Despite the fact that it was a sunday he came out today and also gave me the best price of the 6 I called. He is very professional and takes his time inspecting every inch of the house. He took 3 hours inspecting my future home. Once he was finished he took his time explaining to me anything he found and gave me his professional recommendation about how to correct minor issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
